WordPress tab Internal error: Package with UID not found

Hi i'm getting Package with UID '9f03febe-57f4-4233-ace8-23f5ce964198' not found error.
I have applied this => http://kb.odin.com/en/121114
but problem is not solved this time im getting same error but different UID number.
