WPB standalone + Import from SB 4.5 + FTP Error and Image problem

ccto

Basic Pleskian
Hello All,

I am trying Parallels Web Presence 11.5 Standalone with regular account, and trying to import a simple website made from Parallels Site Builder 4.5

---

Q1) during import 1 website made by SB4.5 , it raises the following error -

Code:
2013-09-01T01:22:56+08:00	[EMERG]	/JsonApi/	SB_Site_Compiler_Target_ConnectException: Can't connect to the host 'ftp.example.com' file: /usr/local/sb/include/SB/Site/Compiler/Target/FTP.php line: 179 code: 0	y.y.y.y	https://x.x.x.x.x/Start	Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:17.0) Gecko/20130807 Firefox/17.0

Note: The imported website URL is NOT ftp.example.com

I guess somewhere it was hardcoded something, is it?

---

Q2) Also, from my 2nd import test,
I test it with another URL.
WPB 11.5 claims it imported successfully.
However, it misses ALL images from the static pages
is it possible to import them too automatically?

---

If necessary, I can pm the URL for your test import.

---

Please advise.

Thank you
Regards
George

Hi,

A1) Probably you have "ftp.example.com" as publication settings for your WPB site. Please check up...
A2) Could you pm to me url to this SB 4.5 site? I'll check up... In normal case you should get imported all images too...

Thanks.
