Issue Wrong encryption key size on App Installer

Hello,

When I try install Joomla from Application Section, i get that error:


Erreur: L'erreur suivante est survenue lors du téléchargement de l'application :
Wrong encryption key size


I try to check my licence and all work, so how to fix it?

When I buy another licence that's work but after one day i have the same error with all applications.
