Hi
I have some domains I want to reduce the quota Disk space with mailbox quota after I reduced I got an error MSG say that
Disk space: requested - 2 000 MB, currently used - 2 529 MB
after I checked
I found those domais are using this space for emails only anyways , I deleted all emails through command line
#cd /usr/local/psa/qmail/mailman/domainname/username/cur/
#rm -rf *
and I am sure the disk-space has been reduced more than 1.5 GB but still show me the same error Disk space: requested - 2 000 MB, currently used - 2 529 MB when I tried to change the quota disk space with mailbox quota for those domains

Plesk, unlike cPanel, only updates the diskspace usage for the domains once every 24 hours... at the same time as the statistics are run.
Wait until then, and check the space usage again. Optionally, you can force it with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics, but it's unnecessary load on the server since it'll be running again soon anyway.
