  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,
we are facing some problems. After the last update we have the problem that the scheduled tasks for each domain are working but when I try to change a script path or something like that we are in a completely wrong directory from other subscriptions or other domains.

Is there a way to re-assign the context from scheduled jobs again?
Plesk repair did not notice any errors ....

We do not know how to fix this problem at the moment. We need some suggestions from you.

Best regards,

Additional information:

We are facing some issues with renaming a domain. After we had renamed a domain the scheduled jobs can not be edited. It is not possible to select scripts from the right subscriptions.
For example:
We changed the domain "a.com" to "b.com", after that we go to the scheduled jobs and want to select a php-script. But we are now inside the file system from "c.com" domain which is not associated with the subscription from "a.com" ("b.com").
Sometimes we also got the error message: "Failed to load tree data"

This occurs now in EVERY subscription. So we can not edit existing scheduled jobs.

As your post is in the "Onyx" section, I wonder which "last update" you refer to? What's your Plesk version number and your operating system?

Hello,

We are encountering an issue after a recent update. The scheduled tasks for each domain still run as expected, but when trying to modify a script path or make changes, we are directed to an entirely wrong directory from another subscription or domain.

Is there any way to reassign the context for the scheduled jobs?

Plesk repair did not detect any errors, and we are unsure how to resolve this problem at the moment. We would appreciate any suggestions from you.

Additional Information:

We also encountered issues after renaming a domain. After renaming the domain, we can no longer edit the scheduled jobs. Specifically, it is impossible to select the scripts from the correct subscriptions.

For example:
We changed the domain “a.com” to “b.com”. Afterward, when attempting to select a PHP script in the scheduled jobs section, we find ourselves in the file system of “c.com”, which is not associated with the subscription from “a.com” (now “b.com”).

Additionally, we sometimes receive the error message: “Failed to load tree data.”

This issue is now occurring across every subscription, and as a result, we cannot edit or create new scheduled jobs.

Best regards,

yfain
