www problem help please

Hi all,
one of our client domain was missing the CNAME record for WWW in dns configuration (don't know why since yesterday was working), anyway... I recreated it but still getting the default plesk page instead the website that is visible using just http://domain.com.

Any suggestion?

we upgraded recently to 8.2

Solved, IIS was missing the www identity for this domain so added it from the iis manager.
Sadly nobody answer my questions here, probably my english is not that good.
Hope this will help somebody else.
