Hello Users,

i use Plesk 12 and inwx.net as domainregistrar. Now i move a Domain from nitrado to inwx. I create a new customer in my Plesk and upload my website. Now when i use turtle-esport.de the browser show my website. But when i use www.turtle-esport.de just redirect to my server IP.

My DNS records :

* A 212.227.139.232 3600

A 212.227.139.232 3600

www A 212.227.139.232 3600

www CNAME www.turtle-esport.de 3600



NS ns3.inwx.eu 86400
NS ns4.inwx.com 86400
NS ns5.inwx.net 86400
NS ns.inwx.de 86400
NS ns2.inwx.de 86400

I hope anyone can help me...

you can remove www CNAME www.turtle-esport.de 3600
this line is double with www A 212.227.139.232 3600

www.turtle-esport.de and turtle-esport.de point both to the same server and give here the same page: an under construction turtle image.

First time i deleted the customer and the domain. Then i deleted all DNS records by inwx.de.
After that i restored the settings by inwx.de and become the following dns records:
* A 212.227.139.232
www A 212.227.139.232
@ A 212.227.139.232
@ SOA ns.inwx.de [email protected] 2015072816
