XML API: Allow Tomcat Management

When I activate a new domain by XML API, I need to enable/disable the following features: Tomcat, PostgreSQL, SpamAssassin on per-domain basis. The reference to Plesk's XML API doesn't mention any of those features.

Has anybody found a way to enable/disable those features through the XML API?
