Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

happen after i tried to sync files
 
Thank god i am back with plesk 8.6 and no errors, but i lost 500 members on my forum and 3000 posts.
But i wont upgrade now before its safe, and learn more about rsync
 
Well i took backup of wrong database so thats why i loose members and posts
