"Your email account to almost full" Can I do this?

Is there any way to have an email message sent to an individual email account stating that his/her email box has almost reached its allowed size?

Background: I have one client that has 37 email accounts, each with a limit of 200mb. When one email account is greater than 195mb, can they recieve an email telling them to empty their account?

Plesk already does it. Look in Notifications.
