Yum Update Broke Plesk?

Long story short...

One day I tried to login to my Plesk Control Panel on port 8443 to find it was dead. A few months later (today) I re-imaged my server with CentOS5 and Plesk 9. I spent hours setting the server back up and all seemed to be going great... but then I rebooted and its dead again!

I have a feeling it's because I have done a Yum Update and guess that maybe something is conflicting. I have the fresh yum log which is included below. Can anybody spot the problem update? Any tips on how I can get this working again? Maybe there are some log files that can help me?
