Issue Zend Loader with onyx in FastCGI

As you know plesk does not come with Zend Guard loader ( not sure why, it has iOncube)

So I followed this :
How to install Zend Guard Loader in Plesk

ofcourse with zend loader's latest version. So i managed to get loader to work with php 5.6 with FPM but when I use FastCGI, server gives 500 error with no useful logs. Had this working in a maual LAMP installation with no issues.
