I'm trying to clone a website from one domain to another (both under separate subscriptions for the same customer). I receive this error and it stops copying at that point.
Any idea what I can do next, other than using a 3rd party cloning tool?
I successfully used the Plesk UI to upgrade from MariaDB v10.6.18 to v10.11.xx (currently 10.11.9, but that may have changed since the upgrade?). This is on a server running Ubuntu 22.04 and Plesk Obsidian 18.0.63 Update #4 Web Host Edition.

Sorry, wrong wording... please contact your SERVER PROVIDER and ask them to open up inbound port 8443 to your server in their firewall.
@Kaspar has also given a good alternate solution of using the "enable access domain" feature, if your server provider won't open up inbound port 8443.

It is worth confirming that your server is listening on Port 8443. I'm also on a Ubuntu 22.04 based server and get the following when checking which ports are open:
alex@mypleskserver:~$ sudo ss -tl | grep 8443
LISTEN 0 511 0.0.0.0:8443...
Indeed. I once had someone who had accidentally blocked a sender in their client. Any email from them thereafter always disappeared. I had to provide them email client specific advice on how to find and remove this block...
Removed means that the email server has completed processing the email and has done all the deliveries that it needs to. Similar to "End" or "Complete".
