    Update: I finally able to resolve the issue by following this article : Unable to open Plesk or a website or log in to an email account from a specific IP address: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT Apparently, my IP Address is on the banned list so I removed it and the issue is now resolved.

    I just recently switch to Plesk via VULTR, I'm still learning how to get around the admin. I check a couple of tutorials but I cannot seem to send emails, it's always deferred. Incoming emails is not the problem just the outgoing, I wanna know what's wrong. I attached my mail server settings.
