With no solution available, I just ended up switching to Google Drive instead of using One Drive, and it has been working properly so far with Google Drive.

I was able to get Google Drive backup working properly, so I just ended up switching to that method. However, I would still like to use OneDrive since I have 2TB of space with my Office365 license; so Plesk Team please try to resolve this issue with OneDrive. Ty.

Any update on this? I tried deleting all the backed up files on my OneDrive and creating a new back up folder. Then disconnected and reconnected to my OneDrive again from Plesk and every time I try to do a back up no files are backed up on my OneDrive and I get the same error from above. Ty.
