If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
It is installed. Anyway I got fixed. Thank you!
I had to copy the binaries from one location to another.
Even though I edited /etc/ld.so.conf.d/sw_libs.conf and ran ldconfig, plesk would not see them.
sw-engine fails to start with the following message:
system is debian 7.0.7 with Plesk 12.0.18
I have the problem on two servers, it started after upgrading debian
/usr/bin/sw-engine: error while loading shared libraries: libruntime.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Go to Home > Tools & Settings > IP Addresses and see what do you have as default website for your server main IP, it is probably set to http://nelsonlaw.ca/
No errors - and the site seems to be directed to the default page. As of now the site stopped working.
So when it is turned back on (un-suspend) I get the white page. Any requests to subpages will generate an error in apache error_log for the default site.
Hello,
I have a weird problem on a plain html site.
A few days ago the site stopped working and a blank page was displayed.
When I suspend the subscription - the site works, if I un-suspend it - it goes back to a blank page.
All other sites are working fine and as they should be.
System is...
and here are the last lines of the error message:
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Warning: there are errors in 'apt-get update'
ERROR: Not found source for system packages (release 6.0.5) in APT software sources configuration
this is what I put in manually to perform system updates and install packages
then when I run the auto installer to update plesk:
this is what I end up with:
and of course plesk is not up to the latest version - stuck at an older version :/
Error: New web server configuration for some of the subscription's domains was not built due to errors in configuration templates. The detailed error message was e-mailed to you, so please check the e-mail, fix the errors, and click here to retry generating configuration.
plesk 10.3.0 debian...
edited /etc/apt/sources file - I upgraded from Lenny to Squeeze
PSA 10.3.1 stopped working - running the Autoinstaller gives this error

I had the same problem with fresh debian 4.0 install and fresh plesk 8.2 install.
Look at the installer log in /tmp/
In my case I had to install bind before installing Plesk:
apt-get install bind9
did it!
good luck.
