I think that not a quality of a paied service so it must still free until it will we good to sell it as a paid extension. Maybe the frustration will be mince as a free extension we understand that it's not good

Hi i was in the situation and it was hard ... until that uploading what in psa/dumps backup server linux at var/lib/psa/dumps to plesk and reading him dont reconeize his files ... that was a shock also reading docs about restore or easy way whene every thing work lol and finnally discover that...

Hi IgorG, thanks for your reply. first i had no acces to the server after the crash that i suspect a plesk or a composant update.. i will publish the logs after for sharing. Now i reinstalled my vps and also plesk even if i see the server backups but plesk didn't see them because PSA is empty...

Hello my vps crashed and i dond know it was about kcare .. and update lat sunday i reinstall the vps and plesk now all work but withount content my last plesk backup are note compressed so plesk didn't reconise fils from /pas/dumps ... all i can use is DB but also need do uncompress to...
