Hi IgorG, thanks for your reply.
first i had no acces to the server after the crash that i suspect a plesk or a composant update.. i will publish the logs after for sharing.
Now i reinstalled my vps and also plesk
even if i see the server backups but plesk didn't see them because PSA is empty (new installation )
I can access to the server back up but no .gz file have been accepted on importation :
So, I restored manually all domaines and web sites.
Now i have to restore mail account and all the mails received, and i dont fount where there are stored in the backup.
i foud it in folder's backup qmail
Actually: new plesk install ok but need to restore mail account from linux backup
is there a procedure to restore them ?
