Hi Igor, This was a standard install of Plesk 11 by a Parallels Partner (softlayer) so only upgraded from 11 to 12.5 - I really don't think that should be this much of a problem to be honest. It's easy to say 'migrate to new server' but we have 100 websites on there of all different flavors...

Thanks IgorG, yep that's what I feared. Its amazing how many times I've had to do that over the years, each one caused by a bad update and I have to pay to get it fixed.

Thanks ServerPoint, That was the first thing I tried I'm afraid - from another post it sounds like its a known issue that is only being fixed in Plesk 12.5 so I'm going to have to make the jump.

Hi Natalya, Thanks but I'm on Plesk 12 not 12.5 and every single time I have upgraded Plesk to a new major version, it has broken it! I am also using Customer and Business Manager, I understand Odin has dropped support for this so will it continue to work if I update to Plesk 12.5? Thanks Bob

Hi Javier, That's the problem - using the *same* browser Plesk works but the websites do not. Its as thought TLS 1.2 is only being served for the Plesk portal.
