The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
Hi Custer,
I thought it installed Apache as well? I only ask because all of my SSL sites I've tested are showing as vulnerable on https://test.drownattack.com.
Hi Igor,
This was a standard install of Plesk 11 by a Parallels Partner (softlayer) so only upgraded from 11 to 12.5 - I really don't think that should be this much of a problem to be honest. It's easy to say 'migrate to new server' but we have 100 websites on there of all different flavors...
Thanks IgorG, yep that's what I feared. Its amazing how many times I've had to do that over the years, each one caused by a bad update and I have to pay to get it fixed.
Unfortunately I just get errors when I run that, all of which seem related to the main problem I'm having (since the update, Plesk seems to think PHP is installed at C:\php):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bin>repair --help
PHP: syntax error, unexpected '(' in C:\Program Files...
Hi,
Got up this morning to find all our websites offline - I did a reboot of the server which brought our websites up but the Plesk panel is dead so we can't admin. anything, we just get the following error:
Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line...
Hi Natalya,
I have now updated my Plesk installation to 12.5 and am still recieving this error for my WordPress installations:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP54\ext\php_pspell.dll' - The specified module could...
Thanks ServerPoint,
That was the first thing I tried I'm afraid - from another post it sounds like its a known issue that is only being fixed in Plesk 12.5 so I'm going to have to make the jump.
Hi Natalya,
Thanks but I'm on Plesk 12 not 12.5 and every single time I have upgraded Plesk to a new major version, it has broken it!
I am also using Customer and Business Manager, I understand Odin has dropped support for this so will it continue to work if I update to Plesk 12.5?
Thanks
Bob
Hi Javier,
That's the problem - using the *same* browser Plesk works but the websites do not. Its as thought TLS 1.2 is only being served for the Plesk portal.
Hi all,
I've raised another thread on a related matter (it may be the same issue but I don't know so thought I'd raise a seperate thread).
There are known problems with WP-CLI and WordPress 4.4 as described here: http://ryanbenhase.com/fix-problems-with-wp-cli-after-updating-to-wordpres-4-4/...
As of this week we've suddenly had lots of trouble with multiple WordPress installations on our Plesk 12 (Windows) server.
WP-CLI Issues
Some of it was solved by removing the AddThis plugin due to a problem with that and/or the WP-CLI (which the Plesk WordPress Toolkit uses heavily). See this...
