Since a few weeks, an automated update didn't work, and I find that mailman configure was locking apt-get.
So I killed apt-get and tried to manually update again, at the begining using
# apt-get --reinstall install mailman
and finally using
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller...

OK so the solution was to login as a reseller, and then FROM this reseller to create a plan (plans created by root where not available), and then to switch plan.

I can't switch a subscription to another service plan, my conf is very simple.
I have on reseller account with service pack "Default Reseller".
This reseller account contains 1 client with custom subscription.
When I want to switch the pack to another service plan, I have only one choice ...
