On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.

where <customer_id> is the id of the customer
please, check and make sure that the request from your browser reaches the server.
In general, when you open a webmail, the corresponding logs are written to `/var/log/httpd/access_log`, please check this log. If you do not see any changes in this log, it means that your request from browser...

Most likely, you have copied `/var/asl/bin/asl_cli_c` to `/var/asl/bin/asl` or created such kind of symlink. If this is the case, please get rid of `/var/asl/bin/asl` file/link as this file is not supposed to be present on Debian/Ubuntu systems.
