We have exactly the same problem on Plesk 11.5 Windows. Not sure why the Default Size is (0 KB) while we set it "unlimited" (-1). This problem happens to one specific subscription. We don't want 0 KB. How?
Thanks Igor. The KB mentioned the problem has been fixed in 11.5. However, my version is 11.5. Should I still apply these two files? Will they harm my Plesk 11.5? The files seem to be older.
on Windows:

I have installed Help Desk (osticket) on Plesk 11.5. The Help Desk works for my customers. However the customers of my resellers also see the link to my Help Desk too. Can I hide the link to those who are customers of my resellers?
Thanks!

I have followed the instruction here to solve the problem
http://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/fix-not-recognized-as-an-internal-or-external-command/
Just mentioned it here in case other people are experiencing the same problem.
I have added ;C:\Windows\System32 to the end of the "Path"
Hostname is actually defined but Plesk said it wasn't defined. That's the problem.
Sorry I didn't find the solution when I googled. Maybe I was looking for the error specifically for Plesk Windows. Can you lighten me the path?
Trying to upgrade from 11.0.9 to 11.5.30 online, we have encountered this error at .../examine.html. How do we solve them?

That's what I thought.
Adding a new subscription even though there's "www" prefix and then edit the DNS to remove associated "www" record. It should work, I think.
I believed the ability to add a new subscription without "www" prefix will allow users to set up the email address like [email protected] and also has the ability to access WebMail of [email protected] address.

IgorG,
Thank you for your kind suggestion. I saw that KB but on the page it said
APPLIES TO:
Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x for Linux
Parallels Plesk Panel 9.x for Linux/Unix
Mine is Plesk 11 for Windows.
So I decided to post here.
Do you confirm that this KB also applies to Plesk 11...
Hello,
We got this error via email.

How do we fix the problem?
Thank you very much for your kind answer. The problem has just gone by itself without no one fixing. Not sure what caused that but we will keep your advice handy. Thanks again.
I noticed that enabling these options will violate server-wide security policy.
1. What risks can be arising from enabling these options? Any advices on how to enable these options securely?
2. What way to allow these options?
