AAhhhh.. Thanks ! Was not aware of that. That explains a lot now why i am hitting so many websites that do somewhat the same thing. Maybe you can add a little to that box that says "close to log in" or something, so people know there are options and navigation stuff under the box.

Thanks for updating that. One more change i would suggest is to move that cookie notification. I do not click on things unless it serves a purpose. i don't care about a notification like that, i know what cookies are.. As you can see from the attached screen shot, that notification covers up...

I am looking all over the plesk website for a "login" link in order to update our payment details and change payment sources. I can not find a "LOGIN" link anywhere in order to update our account information and change bank accounts.

YEPPERS ! That was it ! Sort of. 8447 was set up in Plesk, but the external firewall we are using only had 8443. I added 8447 and the product update link fired right up. THANKS !

That screen shot, what is that from ? That is not what i see in this version of Plesk. "The sync was completed. Some subscriptions were not synced with the plan." OK... so which ones ? Where is the report that tells me what failed ? How do i see a list of subscriptions with email limitations...
