I found a solution to this, adding include:delivery.antispamcloud.com to the SPF local rules in the Mail Server Settings seems to work.
I will close this issue and turn it to resolved.

Then I have enough information and we will work with a workaround "change a password using Plesk web interface.".
Let's hope it wil be fixed on the 25th of september. :)
