Again :-) Sometimes it's like talking to oneself, bubbleing like a baby in the sandpit ... ;-) I found the docs for 11.5 ... there is an option to set the state for accessing the cp-panel, but it's not possible to change the state of the e-mail-address whether it can access the panel or not...
