The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
Would it be possible to create a ticket at plesk with a support code or something like that? I do not think that the plesk reseller will be able to solve the problem.

the plesk support team once enabled core-dumping for FPM - this is no longer necessary. How can I safely disable it and delete all generated core-files?
I think the problem is solved: As I mentioned in the logs the server did go down for restart (power failure). I restarted it and manually ran fsck . After this the dpkg reconfiguration worked fine and the update process of the packages worked without problems.
