In one case, changing reload to restart only in /etc/logrotate.d/mod_security solved the issue. In other cases, I had to do it in both files.

Hasn't anyone else met this problem? I cannot install Kaspersky Antivirus through Updates & Upgrades. Is this a bug of Plesk? Is it going to be fixed?

I didn't do any changes too. And no new user was added/altered (I would have been notified by rkhunter). Today backup completed successfully to all of those servers, without any modification from my side!

Suddenly we have the same problem in many of our servers: The backup is scheduled from Tools & Settings -> Backup Manager -> Scheduled Backup Settings

The issue is resolved. I installed the latest microupdates and today Plesk refers the correct disk usage.

I found the solution. Apparently in Plesk 12 sendmail cannot be used. It should send emails through Plesk's SMTP (postfix or qmail) IP 127.0.0.1 should be added in white list (in Plesk -> Tools & Settings -> Mailserver Settings) and should be added to LF_ALERT_SMTP parameter of csf.conf...

We installed CSF on a Plesk 12 server (CentOS 6.5). It seems to work fine, I can see in /var/log/lfd.log that it blocks IPs, but I don't receive any email. I have set the LF_ALERT_TO parameter to my email address, and have enabled all email alerts in /etc/csf/csf.conf. No logs are recorded...

I finally managed to fix the problem. The problem was at the source server. I had to add write permissions to user: NT SERVICE\MSSQL$InstanceName (NT SERVICE\MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS in my occcasion) to folder: D:\Paralllels\Plesk\PrivateTemp\ of the source server. Then the migration completed...
