Hi, we tried to restart the agent, uninstall 360monitoring, reinstall... no way. Now I reinstalled the whole VPS and everything was installed without problems.

On a new Almalinux 8 VPS I tried to enable 360 Monitoring, but it seems not working properly. On Plesk Monitoring panel I still see "We are doing science" since 2 days. On 360 Monitoring websites all panels related to the server are blank or reporting strange data. Monitoring websites works...

Hi @AWSolutions, I escalated the issue directly to imunify support. I've been asked to purchase at least a licence in order to have premium assistance by the Specialized support team. My issue was related to selinux being enabled, and this prevented imunify services starting correctly...

Hi, I can't find this issue resolved in Change Log. Has this been resolved? Meanwhile, I found that the same behaviuor happens in restoring a Plesk Backup. All MySQL Stored Procedues / Functions have all comments missing when restoring a MariaDB Database. Is that possibile to add this bug too...

Yes, that's the point. I tried now installing the new Imunify without 360 and it seems not touching Modsecurity, but Im'n not fully sure so far. An explaination about the dependenciens and side-effects should be very useful before applying on a production scenario.

Hi @ChristophRo , I realize now that the pricing is quite different compared to a week ago... I had seen only Imunify360 "per user" pricing, instead the combo Imunify - ImunifyAV+ that should fit our needs, both in free version and in paid version. This changes the scenario. I will explore it...

Hi, ImunifyAV will be deprecated soon, new Imunify360 has a cost-per-user that could be high and, when installed, it substitutes ModSecurity... that's a invasive approach in my opinion. Other alternatives just to have a website malware scan? Thanks.

Thanks. Now I was able to install Imunify and activate a trial of Imunify360. Just to clarify about the functionalities of Imunify360. It will work in conjunction with Plesk Firewall / Fali2Ban / ModSecurity or it will deactivate and substitute them with its own?

I had to run yum update --disablerepo=mariadb as this spare server has an old 10.1.48 mariadb, but apart this, no errors. The server is fully updated.
