Thanks for the reply, this is what I did presumed however I wasn't sure if there was a work around for it.
I may have to look into this, however how would the mail accounts relay through the mail.mydomain.com? Is there a guide available for this?
Hey,
I've been having this problem with my server and never received a solid response on how to fix it, so I'm going to attempt to ask here.
I need to verify my root certificate, at the moment its self-signed which is causing issues with mail as it believes the sever that is "pretending"...
Seems the problem I had with a certain domain on my server hasn't gone away, they are attempting to login to the mail account and server still.
How can I stop this? I've tried blocking the IP, however they are just using multiple IP's.
Any help would be appreciated

We've been having this problem for a while, email sends fine to 90% of our clients however for a small selection the email won't leave the mailbox on any computer in the office, clients are also having problems on different domains to different email accounts
I get the following error in...
Information I have is as follows..
CPU AuthenticAMD, Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 1216 HE
Version Parallels Plesk Panel v11.0.9_build110120608.16 os_CentOS 6
OS CentOS 6.2 (Final)
This doesn't work # mailq bring back -bash: mailq: command not found
# postsuper -d ALL
doesn't bring back anything.
# /var/qmail/bin/qmail-qstat
messages in queue: 122634
messages are still dropping and not adding, which is a good thing. I just need to get rid of the queue.
How can I clear the mail queue? I seem to have stopped the messages getting to the server however there's 123639 still in the queue...
# /var/qmail/bin/qmail-qstat
messages in queue: 123639
messages in queue but not yet preprocessed: 0
I'm not 100% sure, however they are going through my server.
Random grab rom the sever report. Its the richard@xxx I'm having trouble with.
This is spitting out reports constantly, as you can see by the time.
They were more detailed before I removed the hosting and email accounts...
How to clear the mail queue?
