I prefer to use SmarterMail 9. It is more stable than SmarterMail 10, sometime the smartermail web server will be automatically stop working on SmarterMail 10

Do you Crystal Report? If yes, please make sure that you have installed CR on your server and please make sure that you change the identity to local service. CR only running on local service permission. Good luck

As I use Plesk 9.5 on Windows Server 2008, I dont have this experience, I use Plesk 11 on Windows Server 2012, I wouldnt recommend you to use this Plesk version, too many problem. Good interface but nothing usefull.
