Thanks Peter, I assumed this was the Plesk Firewall. I have not installed a third party firewall and just enabled this one because it was installed when I was issued the server. I come from 25+ years working with cPanel so this is my first stint with Plesk and still getting my feet wet with it...
I had an issue where no one could connect to their account FTP. ALL I did was disable and enable the firewall, I changed NOTHING, simply clicked to disable and then enable and FTP started working! This leaves me questioning just how reliable is the Plesk Firewall!
Worth noting, the email does in fact work. I can set it up in Outlook and have tested and everything functions just fine. Just the issue with the browser and trying to access it through webmail.
I migrated a domain account from cPanel to Plesk. It appears to have setup the domain correctly, the website shows just fine and email addresses are present. However when I go to webmail.domain.com instead of getting the Plesk webmail login page it opens the default page for cPanel webmail...

Thanks Peter, did not think about going that route to get these setup. Would be nice if they would have built in a simple mechanic to be able to create customers and link them to subscriptions but I guess this convoluted way will work. Again, thanks a ton for the very useful info!
Just learning Plesk and need some help getting up to speed with how this subscription thing works. Having a time of it getting my head around setting up website accounts and think I did it wrong. I have the subscriptions setup but now I want to give my clients the ability to access their web...
