Also: can't get plesk updates because login to parallels update never gets past the login submission. It just hangs there.

Never mind. As mentioned in another thread re: login problem, I have trashed the system and installed an earlier version of plesk. That solved this issue.

Plesk panel 10.4.4 on centos. Password for plesk admin fails. /usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password gives me the same password that I'm already using. But it fails. How do I reset this password if I cannot login to plesk?

Is there somewhere that we can pay for support for Plesk? Do our monthly license fees entitle us to any support at all?
