SSI erver-side includes - not working 10.4.4

Hello once again.

If anyone has a solution to start server-side includes on Plesk 10.4.4, I'd very much appreciate a run down on how you managed to get it working.
 
Is there somewhere that we can pay for support for Plesk?
Do our monthly license fees entitle us to any support at all?
 
Never mind. As mentioned in another thread re: login problem, I have trashed the system and installed an earlier version of plesk. That solved this issue.
