DNS is all correct, mail is disabled. I have been doing this for 12 years so its all setup correct. First time using Plesk though so this happens. As stated, the only way to fix was modify the config files.

But it was disabled, thats the issue.

OK great, I have not seen that option! So I will take a look next time and try to remember to install custom. It would be great if Plesk could do it by default like Cpanel and Virtualmin, but in the meantime, I guess install custom should be able to do what we need. Thanks a lot for pointing...

You have to then run in mysql: FLUSH PRIVILEGES; Now it works for me. Would be great for Plesk to update this post with ALL the commands needed.

When you access mysql you first have to select the table before running the UPDATE: use mysql;

I get this error when running the UPDATE: ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table 'psa.user' doesn't exist

Found it.... Extensions -> My Extensions -> Selct checkbox and hit disable or remove.

Does anyone know how to remove it? I cant find any help Googling for it. I dont like having unused, unnecessary software on servers, I disabled or remove everything not used, its better for security and updates and performance, and of course ease of using the admin when there are less options...
