If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Just a general switch to turn on automatic updates for plugins so WP is setup with the option activated would be enough. Being able to opt certain plugins out of updates would be great. But that would be set after WP was installed.
It was a quick install and manual theme install. Toolkit is latest version. All updates turned on. WP installed in root. When manually running the task it updated the theme. Not sure if it was a one off issue. For now I'm considering it resolved. If it happens again I'll troubleshoot some more.
High TTFB can be caused by many things. Could be system resources, could be I/O, could be code related. In order to further diagnose you can post your URL and we can run it through some analysers.
BTW, if you're using WordPress you can't disable PHP, hah.
In the WP toolkit I have auto-update of Themes enabled. My theme has an update. Theme author has hooked it into WordPress's update function and it shows as update in WordPress and Plesk. However, it is not updating. If it shows in Plesk I'd expect it to auto-update.
Why would you use alt-php instead of the native PHP-FPM? It's much faster. We use CloudLinux too but opted not to use alt-php. Just wondering, web host to web host. :)
Good luck on your bugfix.
Still not able to get any HIT in a browser. Always vary between cache-control: max-age=0 and cache-control: no-cache. You can test in a browser. Renders Nginx cache on WordPress useless. Help please.
Displaying direct upsells to our end users? Is our license money not enough? What actually happens when an end-user buys this and ask the host to install?
