A) the mentioned folder at all to Backup (probably already the problem?)
B) no sources to fill Up from.
Next step would be external Prof. Support

Ok,
i tried "plesk repair all" over night.
all Passwords of mailaenable Postoffices seems to be overwritten, so i was doing suppport for that all the time.
Zend error still remains... :-(
Just running 4-5 Sites, not really a Business.
Help would be appreciated,as am not sure where to start.

Ok just a test after all this:
forward an incomed spam to another ailbox -> marked with ****SPAM*** but not moved to spam folder.
seems that complete config is §$%&/
Sorry for a probably stupid question, but I am lost in regards of SPAM detection :-(
I do use
Windows Server 2016
Mailenable Enterprise Edition 10.26 and
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.21 Update #5
For spam detection, I have:
enabled in Plesk-Control Panel: Tools&Settings>E-Mail>Spam->...
ok..eror did not appear, but reachability of domains using the dns template did not work correctly.
Help would be appreciate to come to my goal.

Hello,
I am not able to sync my DNS Settings with my standard DNS Provider, so everytime Let´s Encrypt is trying to update the certificate it fails, because the entries are autoamtcally set on PLesk and not on the "original"" DNS Server.
So I do now want:
- on registrar site: mark the Plesk...
The other settings just affecting Mailenable was clear so far.
Within Plesk (your screenshot) I do see all Lets Encrypt certificate and choosed as "default": Lets encrypt certification from Serverpool.
Within Mailenable -> Servers -> "properties" of Localhost -> Tab "General" -> properties of...
