Question Securing "mewebmail" webmail service is not supported.

KhaledElmahdi

New Pleskian
Hi

I am trying to secure webmail for a domain.

When I navigate to "Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS Certificate for "domain-name" I see Include "www" subdomain and a disabled checkbox "Securing "mewebmail" webmail service is not supported. Configure mail settings."

1. What is mewebmail? I can access my emails normally using webmail.domain-name
2. How can I solve this issue?

I am using: Plesk Onyx Version 17.5.3 Update #22 on Windows Server

Thank you

Hello UFHH01,

This problem is NOT solved with the solution you suggested.

Problem is with Let's Encrypt plugin, when generating the SSL certificate we cannot include webmail.

Secure webmail on this domain:

Can you provide a fix for Let's Encrypt so we can secure Mail Enable Webmail?

Webmail provided by MailEnable is not currently supported. It will be implemented in the scope of feature request EXTLETSENC-134 in one of future LE extension updates.

Sorry, but there is no any progress for EXTLETSENC-134 task.

No progress on this? It's been 2 years and it means using MailEnable webmail isn't possible with Plesk..and Horde sucks...
