Hi Delton, Did you find a solution for this large backup? I'm experiencing the same issue with a 100GB backup file. Incremental backups work fine, but when it comes to full backups, I get Curl Error 55 and unable to upload to FTP

issue solved using this command in SSH: plesk bin subscription_settings --update example.com -mbox_quota -1 this will make mailboxes of example.com of unlimited size.

Same issue here, some mailboxes are 100 MB in size, and some are unlimited. How I can change the mailbox size? Best Regards,

This doesn't stop the server email queue to stop expanding. We have to find the root cause.

I tried again this evening after checking Plesk DB (no errors found) from the panel Diagnose section and i managed to successfully add the new domain.

The problem here is that Plesk doesn't support my Obsidian license and they drive me to our Plesk provider (Hetzner). The provider tells that they don't support software issues so I am stuck here. How to find Plesk support?
