Haven't heard anything yet i upgraded it again a couple of days ago to test if the problem was still happening and it still is. I decided I won't upgrade until Ubuntu 18.04 end of life until all major issues are resolved.

Yeah I still have the same issue there are 2 solutions but they are workarounds until plesk issues an update for this. Revert back to Ubuntu 18.04. Install UFW or any other Firewall from the Plesk extensions. Those are just workarounds though you can simply wait until they release an update...

Well thats the thing All the services are working and i can send and recieve emails normally but yet when i visit the Mail settings on Plesk i get the notification stating that error. I am thinking its an internal bug.

Opps!! i mean if the ports were blocked on the server and yes i managed to telnet into port 25 and it works.

Yeah. I Tried those commands in the 2nd step when i installed iptables by itself and then i went back into the additional components in plex and enable the firewall and vice versa still the error remains UFW it is in the meantime until the issue is resolved.
