So Ive just run bootstrapper repair for the 4th time out of frustration and my issues now seem to have been cured.

After a bit more digging I can see /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Processor.php and /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Variable/AbstractCachedData.php looks like they have corrupted.
