• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Problem with fastcgi after update to 10.3.1

Hello to all,

after a plesk update to 10.3.1 I have a problem with fastcgi. The funny thing is that I get different errors on different webpages on the same server (with same configuration).

One Joomla site says "500 Internal Server Error", another says "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 368640 bytes) in ...."
Another online shop application works fine without a failure.

After a check of the httpd/error_log I found the following error:

[error] mod_fcgid: process /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper(5440) exit(communication error), get unexpected signal 6

I can't find anything about that error. Does someone knows what to do? I am really a little bit frustraited that I have problems with plesk every time I upgrade.

Thank you very much in advice for any help

Best regards
