I tried that but the www still didn't show in the URL when installing Wordpress via the APS package.

That won’t work will it? WordPress is only listening for domain.com so it won’t respond to www.domain.com

When installing Wordpress through Plesk, it doesn't give you the option to install it under www.domainname.com, it only lets you choose domainname.com. Apart from installing it manually outside of Plesk is there a way to do this?

What Igor said. I just upgraded to 17.5 from 12.5 (a 2 stable version jump) a few weeks ago and it went very well. I was scared to do it but now I'm glad I did.

I understand that the purpose of having Nginx in front of Apache as a reverse proxy is to reduce memory usage essentially. This was the thinking when Apache 2.2 was commonly used and I totally get it. Nginx handled connections better, used less memory while doing it, etc etc. Does this logic...
