Resolved Error updating license key

Has anyone else's license stopped updating lately?
I'm getting the following error when retrieving the license manually:

Updating Plesk license key: [2017-09-16 09:08:22] ERR [panel] KeyUpdate Result code: 2 Unspecified error
[2017-09-16 09:08:22] ERR [panel] KeyUpdate Result desc: License key is not prolongated yet
Failed (License key is not prolongated yet)

Yes i've gone through Plesk key is not renewed automatically on due date and Key is failing to update

I've raised a case with Support but i'm wondering if this is affecting anyone else too.

I’m embarrassed to say that my card expired [emoji15]
