If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Thanks Adbi for those replies to my earlier queries.
One further question - moving the file nginxDomainVirtualHost.php, will that have any consequences meanwhile?
Hi,
We're currently running version 11.0.9 and are ready to embark on the upgrade to version 12.0.18 (stable) via the plesk upgrade interface however the pre-upgrade check returns the following warning:

Thanks a lot. This command
did the trick. I was then able to run the
command which was successful.
Is there a way to prompt the panel auto update or should I just wait to see if the daily scheduled update works?
OK, I ran that and your prediction was correct:
I found this knowledgebase article: http://kb.odin.com/en/122498
Would you agree with that strategy to resolve?
We're on PHP version 5.4.28 currently. I'm not sure that we should go to version 5.5. Up to which version will that command take us? I think it's 5.4.35 - is that correct?
Hi Dx3webs and thanks for your prompt reply.
I ran yum upgrade php as suggested but didn't get any errors. this was the output after running that command:
I didn't go ahead with this when prompted as I wanted to check with you first.
Thanks again.

After installing that mcrypt module some time back (see above) we've noticed that the plesk control panel (parallels 11.0.9 CentOS 6.3) won't auto update, throwing the following error:

Hi,
For some time now the Autoinstaller fails and the Plesk control panel becomes inoperable until I run the stop and then start command for the plesk control panel.
Looking at the error log: autoinstaller3.log I see the following output:
I saw elsewhere here in this forum to run a yum...
Thanks for the advice. What you say makes perfect sense, but since I am the only person who accesses the plesk control panel, I think closing off that non-https login option really is a non-issue for us.
Hi,
One failure cited by a recent PCI compliance report was that of the Plesk non-https login at port 8880. I believe we can resolve this by adding a firewall rule to block access to this port but wanted to check first if this will have any negative consequences elsewhere. Or is there a better...
Hi Igor,
Thank you for your suggestion. Is that the solution recommended by Plesk?
There is no mention there of running any sort of backup. I read elsewhere that running a mysqldump was advisable. Is it necessary with this approach?
Thanks again
