Permission denied msg is set with this command:
chmod 4777 /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/wrapper
and now I can see all icons in plesk but original problem not yet fixed

Installed successfully but now there is none of icons in plesk with error:
Unable to read components configuration from the service node: sh: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/packagemng: Permission denied
I tried to stopall and restart and had following results:
# service psa stopall
Stopping tomcat...

I am facing the same problem with Plesk 12.5.x. IgorG when I used your recommended command then seeing the following:

We bought Plesk from online.net (our hosting company) and added ticket to their control panel but they said to get help from community. The plesk is also not supporting because we not bought this panel directly from Plesk.
