The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
Seems to me that this setting should be default with the option for those with specialized considerations to turn it off. My Plesk installation is on CentOS (6) by GoDaddy and there is no way to turn it off when one starts up a new server as Plesk itself is using the database. I am very afraid...

Thank you Igor. The page you sent me was just what I needed at that time. However, due to circumstances, I had to anyway upgrade my CentOS to 6 and I took the opportunity to reinstall Plesk. But your link is very valuable and I wish I had known about it before!
When I try to start the postfix SMTP service, I get this error along with enormous CPU overload:
