The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
Thank you for your replies - Ales, it's the last bit I was most wary of.
As the server is getting close to antiquated (it's been in production since around five years now), I think it's a good opportunity to switch to a new machine (also running Plesk) and do a site import to a new, cleaner...
Hello,
I've recently 'inherited' the job of managing a server that is using the Plesk (latest Onyx) interface.
Unfortunately, their 'webspaces' are a mess: containing several domains each, some of these point to 'httpdocs' folders, others to 'htdocs' folders (and other 'default' names probably...
Thank you so much.
Yes, I have set the buffer, etc up:
...and yes, in the right one (/etc/sw-cp-server/config ; )
...and both services are running.
Upon certificate creation attempt:
The sw-engine.log:
Same instance, from the sw-cp-server error log:
Oh, and from the Plesk panel log:
Is there perhaps any way of re-routing Plesk's nginx requests to swap instead of memory (ram)?
Another question: I wasn't able to find a mysql error, but if plesk is 'setting up' a 'longtext' write (and allocating the full 'required' 4go memory for that task), would it even generate one?
I...
I'm back at square one, because mysql is not the cause of the problem (nothing in the logs).
Yet something is requesting 4g of memory (that my server doesn't have) - can anyone advise me on how to troubleshoot this?
Best, and thanks.
That's exactly what I meant. This is linked to my 'bad gateway' error, as it seems that plesk 12.5 'doesn't like' the mysql/php version that... plesk installed for itself and is using?
That doesn't even make sense. All I know is that something is trying to allocate 4go of memory (that the...
Hello,
This is sort of a follow-up to my "nginx 502 bad gateway" thread, and a php-mysql version-particular 'bug' I found therein.
I've upgraded Plesk to version 12.5.x, but it's running on the php 5.2.10 I installed on the server (or its own, not sure). I've installed the later php versions...
I think I found it.
I understand that Plesk runs in its own apache environment, which would mean that it would have its own php.ini file as well?
And what the (expletive) would try to allocate 4gb of memory?!
So...
I put it up to several settings (8192M, 4096M, 5120M)
It's trying to use...

Thank you so much, Igor, looking into both of those now.
I forgot to mention that the problem occured after I updated the panel.
There my be a hitch with my certificate installation, but the panel would throw an error that would result in the ('no other option') nginx one... but thanks for...
I just opened a thread about this exact same issue, but my error is slightly different:
[error] 26873#0: *196 upstream sent unexpected FastCGI record: 3 while reading response header from upstream, client: *.*.*.*, server: , request: "POST /smb/ssl-certificate/add/id/2 HTTP/1.1", upstream...
Hello,
I'm running Plesk 12.5.30 on Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS.
I've been pulling my hair out over this for a couple of days...
I'd like to update my (expired) SSL certificates, but the thing is, even when trying to create an 'experimental' one, every time I hit 'self-signed' I get a "502 Bad...
Wanted to reply here, but replied at the below thread instead - sorry!
