I purchased this extension last February and have been paying monthly since, but it is not working for me. My dns is handled by opensrs and not my plesk server. I log into cloud shield and it tells me to go to plesk for DNS. I am at a loss to make it work as it should. Can anyone help ?

What happened is that I had a cert that covered both www and domain.com . I purchased a new EV green bar cert but it only covers www. So I want to use the old cert just for domain.com and the new cert for www.
