Hello,
I have newdomain.com hosted in plesk.
The customer has olddomain.com hosted elsewhere, but wants me to bring it over to resolve to newdomain.com
I can 'add a domain' in plesk, but it sets up all the folders etc for a website, when all I want to do is host the DNS and redirect it.

Hello,
Firstly, my server is an AWS EC2 Cloud Instance. Here's all the tech specs:
CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2676 v3 @ 2.40GHz (1 core(s))

OS Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS
Key number PLSK.[correct number is here]...
System: Ubuntu Server 14.04
Host: AWS Cloud Server
Plesk: Plesk v12.5.30_build1205150826.19
Two of the eight domains in this instance work, the rest don't.
One says "504: bad gateway"
the rest say "cannot find this domain"
I tried a reboot, no improvement.
YES!
IgorG, thankyou. The issue was the 'Ephemeral Passive Ports' which I had to add to the proftpd.d directory in a file called passiveports.conf, then add the same ports in the AWS security group.
