Hey, I've recently upgraded to Parallels Plesk v12.0.18_build1200140606.15 on my CentOS 6 server. I installed Roundcube and have selected that as my preferred webmail software. I want to change the default logo however I cannot find out where roundcube has been installed. Any ideas?

Hi Guys I've got a plesk 11 server and I've created a subdomain for a client but I need to have this as a full domain for the SSL certificate. Is there a way to convert a subdomain to a full domain without deleting the subdomain and creating a new hosting subscription? Thanks

Hi All, I've come across a problem with an SSL certificate on my server. I need to remove it from my server completely and re-issue it with GeoTrust, however I go in to my subdomain "secure.domain.com" and disable SSL... Then go to the website certificate list, but it still shows uses = 1...

Hey, I am trying to sync my subscription however I get an error regarding Coldfusion not installed. I've checked the service plan and the resources etc everywhere but I cannot find anything for coldfusion!? How do I remove the option so that all my domains will sync?? Any ideas?

is there anyway that plesk can setup the ftp access for clients, so they dont need to add the ftp access info manually? I want a client who is already in plesk, to log straight in and design the site, then just click publish... however I cannot seem to find a way to get sitebuilder to auto...
